We provide access to the shop area, so you can watch your vehicle as it’s being serviced and ask any questions along the way.

Additionally, we use advanced interactive technology that illustrates various parts of a vehicle to explain what’s causing a problem on a vehicle, and what Protech-certified technicians will do to solve the problem.
