Today’s cars have 50 miles of wire and up to 50 mini computers. That’s why we only employ Protech-certified expert technicians to service your vehicle. As a local business, all of our staff are local residents - we live and work where you live and work.
Tony Bodine, President
Tony has a business degree from Johnson and Wales University and a Degree in Advanced Automotive Technology from New England Institute of Technology. He has six years experience in the automotive services industry, including management experience. He was inspired to create Protech in order to provide a cleaner, more comfortable environment where customers can expect honest, reliable and customer-focused service.
Jason Elliott, Service Manager
Jason believes it is crucial to develop relationships with customers in order to create lifelong partnerships. In addition to having a degree in automotive technology, he has 10 years of hands-on experience in the automotive services industry and is both ASE certified and hybrid certified. Jason and his fiancé Rachel have a beautiful 2-year-old boy named JJ. Their wedding is coming up soon!
Cindy Davignon, General Manager
Cindy has experience in nearly all areas of the automotive industry. Before joining Protech, she was a manager at a local car dealership. Her love of cars dates back to when she was a small child. Cindy’s personality and exceptional attention to customer service creates an experience that helps us alleviate customer concerns associated with traditional car care centers. Cindy strives to make Protech a place where customers feel comfortable having their vehicles serviced by friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Bill Shaugnessy, ASE-Certified Technician
With more than 20 years of industry-leading experience, Bill is out shop foreman. He is nationally recognized through international competitions as one of the top technicians in the country. He is our shop foreman and is here to provide education for all of our customers with regard to their automotive needs.
Paul Tirocchi, ASE-Certified Technician
Paul has more than five years of German car service experience. He is a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology. His attention to detail and customer-focused service make this customers feel at ease. He is easy to talk to and a great listener.
Andrew Leinesio, ASE-Certified Master Technician
Andrew has more than seven years experience in automotive services and is a Toyota-certified expert. He is a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology. Andrew’s goal is to always make sure that all customers’ needs are met. Andrew will always go the extra mile for all of his customers. He is a graduate of Toyota University.
Ken Harrington, Maintenance Specialist
Ken has a degree in advanced automotive technology from New England Institute of Technology. He comes to us from an Inskip autocenter and is currently continuing his education, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management. Ken is a lover of animals and he is very dedicated to his career and his customers at Protech.
Erik Weber, Maintenance Specialist
Erik has more than 4 years experience in automotive services. Before joining Protech, Erik was an assistant manager at Monro Muffler/Brake & Service and a technician at Simon Chevrolet. In his free time, Erik enjoys playing the guitar.
Abby Volino, Marketing and Business Development
In addition to experience in marketing and advertising, Abby has more than six years experience successfully managing a retail store for CVS/pharmacy. As a longstanding member of the community, her engagement with the community helps identify better ways to take care of you and your car. She plays an important role in developing programs and promotions that meet the needs of our customers every day.
