Great customer service throughout the entire service repair process. Staff is very knowledgeable and I was impressed with their timeliness, cleanliness and attention to detail. They also care about educating their customer and take their time in explaining the repair process. As result, it put me at ease and fostered a relationship and not just a transaction.

I been going to ProTech for about a decade. The service and mechanical work are superb. Recently, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Paul as our service manager. He is uniformly pleasant, welcoming, and most importantly, communicative as to the nature of the repairs we might need. We are always confident that the information provided is accurate and that any repair work is necessary. They have never let us down, if anything they’ve gone the extra distance. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend their service!
