This place is a complete rip off. $36 to put two bolts to secure my license plate and an overpriced oil change. Poor customer service and time management. Staff needs to learn to listen to a customer, will never return!
Hi Jennifer, we're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't up to par. After reading this review as well as your other Google reviews, we aren’t surprised. In fact, we’re delighted that you won’t be returning. Securing a license plate can sometimes be more complex than it seems, as was the case with Yours. We assure you our services are priced competitively for the value we provide. You approved the oil change price for you BMW prior to us completing the service, so there were no surprises. As for our customer service, communication, and time management, we were on point. Your vehicle was supposed to be dropped off for the day, but while dropping it off you added an oil change service and then told us you needed it done by 1pm. This is not how the appointment was originally scheduled, but we told you that we would do our best to have it completed by then. We called just before noon to ask for a little more time with it. You demanded that we have the car done by 2pm, no later. We adjusted our busy schedule and had the car completed just a few minutes after 2pm. The car sat here completed, until after 4pm. It sounds like YOU might need better listening and time management skills. Most of your Google reviews are negative, it’s quite possible that you have very unrealistic expectations. (You did give Taco Bell and California Taco Shop a 1-star review). We hope you find a repair shop that will provide low-cost service for your BMW while still providing high quality repairs and service in a timeframe that you demand. P.S. We will be using the proceeds from your recent service to purchase lunch from California Taco Shop for our team. A 5-star team deserves 5-star tacos!
