In order to provide the best service and ensure the highest quality repairs, we do not offer service or repair appointments while you wait. All vehicles need to be dropped off by 9:00 am on the day of your appointment, or the day/night before. The service advisor that coordinates your appointment will discuss when you can expect your vehicle to be completed, as well as transportation options. Loaner vehicles are available for most services. Every technician is highly trained and ASE certified. We perform all levels of service, from minor maintenance, to major repairs. Every vehicle, and every repair is different. Because of this, we don’t know exactly how long each service will take, therefor we cannot schedule services or repairs for a specific time during the day. This policy is to ensure that once your vehicle is in the service bay, the technician will have the time we need to perform diagnosis if needed, source the right parts, provide an accurate estimate, and spend the time needed to ensure a quality repair.
