Just brought my 2013 Infiniti fx37 in for a 60k tune up and all four brakes and rotor change. The customer service was superb! The job was done quick and right at a reasonable price. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with Protech in the future.

So, here's the story: My girlfriend owns a 2004 Honda Accord. She tells me it's shutting down as she's driving, no warning, just shuts down. I test drive it for a few days and it finally happens to me too. I go online, researching for an hour or so what could be wrong. Varying opinions, varying solutions. My girlfriend takes it to her business client's garage, and they tell her they think it needs a new computer and she needs to take it to the Honda dealership, $1300. On the day of her appointment, I go with her to the dealership, Grieco Honda, and right off the bat, I don't trust these guys at all. They want $120 just to look at the car. No. I tell her we are leaving and I look up nearby garages. Protech pops up and the reviews are great. We head over and they take us right away. They also charge to look at cars but it's something like $42 per half hour. We leave the car, and later that day the result is this: A loose and slightly corroded battery connection. $42. Moral of the story. These guys rock and were friendly and professional. And, always get a second opinion. Thanks Protech.

Being in a mechanical trade for all of my life I have had little need for anyone to perform work on my vehicles over the years. Facts are of course that vehicles have just become so complex it is difficult for me to do many projects, that I used to do over the years, efficiently and safely. I came to you based on a solid recommendation. A friend of mine told me "even YOU will like this place". Figuring I would be quickly gratified by being very disappointed, I decided to give you a shot to prove him wrong. Well that was several years ago and much to my surprise and delight, I am still a very satisfied customer. It is nice to finally to do business with people who not only know what they are doing but are also consistently fair and respectful of my time, vehicles and wallet. After getting bad service and treatment and being charged outrageous prices at other mechanics, I have finally found a Mechanic/Garage I can trust!! I can't tell you how great the service is without saying that this: The place is spotless, the service team is friendly, courteous and helpful. The price's are better than most...they are quick, trustworthy, and get the job done right the first time...They are a Green company..they serve free coffee while you wait in a comfortable area...I have been telling everyone about Protech, and will continue to refer people to them, in addition to taking both our cars there whenever we need something done...I could not be a happier customer

I've had work done here on several vehicles and the experience has always been the same, exceptional. The staff is polite knowledgeable and fair no matter the size of the job. I don't give a lot of reviews but Protech has far surpassed my expectations on every occasion. Next time you're looking for an honest experience in a typically shady industry give this great local business a shot!

I decided to try out Protech based solely on other online reviews and I was not disappointed. I want to say the service was exemplary, but exemplary does not even begin to describe the service I received here. Nick and Andy did an outstanding job explaining to me what was going on with my car and helped me make an informed decision. You know how some places are super condescending? Not Protech. I felt like I was being talked to like a real person and, as a female, for once I felt comfortable having a conversation about my car. This is not your ordinary auto service joint.
