Protech is very thorough. After they have checked out your car, they send out a complete written analysis of all their recommendations. Work that needs to be done is color coded to show what is urgent and what can be put off a bit. They also send photos so you can actually see what they see. I recently had a tire with a leak. It had two nails, one of which was on the side wall. The photos showed this clearly. Everyone is very friendly.

Protech exceeded all of my expectations. I had an issue with a tire, took it elsewhere and was told there was nothing wrong. The next day it went nearly flat. I called Protech because it was closest to my job and I couldn't get far. I'm so glad I found them! Despite me being a brand new customer with no appointment, Pascal assured me they would find the problem and take care of it. From start to finish they were transparent about options, costs, and the timeline for repairs. They had even fully charged my EV when I picked it up! I will definitely use Protech from now on.

I never go out of my way to do reviews, I feel I had to for this place. The whole process for from beginning to end was extremely exceptional. I got an oil change, and all of my brakes done. The technician went out of his way to wipe down my dashboard and vacuum my car! What place does that when you get an oil change? NONE!!! Oh and they top off all of your other fluids in your car! The manager Nick was extremely patient with me, as I had lots of questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The owner even went out of his way to introduce himself to me, when I had mentioned how grateful I was to support a mom and Pop shop rather than a corporation! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I will be going back to get my tires done!

The staff and service at Protech was great. All staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They were completely transparent with pricing of labor and parts. I was able to get estimates on all potential expenses. Highly recommend their services.
