This place is great! Will definitely be going again. They got me in same day (before inspection expired!), after work hours, and in and out in record time. The employees were very friendly, and their complimentary amenities were impressive.

I have had three oil changes at Protech, most recent was yesterday. The facility is extremely clean, modern, all employees are courteous and friendly. I have never had to wait in line and it's always easy in/easy out! Plus they vacuum my car! Just a heads up: they book up so make sure you plan accordingly!

Had a standard re-inspection here. The service was super-fast, the techs were friendly, waiting area was clean, and they had free wi-fi. What more can you want when getting your car fixed?

I like it here! The place seems fairly new. The waiting room is really nice, they have tvs and wifi and desks to sit and work. They also have complimentary water and yogurt and snacks for while you wait. I've made an appointment each time I've went and it's usually only a few days out. The last time I went was for an oil change and I was a little shocked that it was $45 for a basic oil change. I'm happy to support a local business vs a corporation but I'll probably keep my oil changes to Honda. (For $20 (with a coupon) I get an oil change and wash and vacuum my car). But otherwise the staff is super friendly. More attentive than most mechanics and I feel like they actually listen when I talk. I'm used to mechanics talking down to me but for the most part I don't feel that way here. I'm happy this place is so close to home. I'll definitely continue to bring my car here.

Real professional clean environment. I got the winter maintenance done to my Subaru and I'm pretty sure they even cleaned the trash out of the back seat for me! I will 100% be a lifetime customer.
