Had my ri state inspection done today. Staff was professional, helpful, friendly and did the inspection quickly and on time. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return if I need any other work in the future.

This place had extremely exceptional customer service and they don't bs you and won't screw you over to make an extra buck. Customer service was excellent and they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. They even provided a ride to and from then shop because I was without a vehicle. Go here if you want good service and not some shady auto mechanic.

This place is great! Will definitely be going again. They got me in same day (before inspection expired!), after work hours, and in and out in record time. The employees were very friendly, and their complimentary amenities were impressive.

I have had three oil changes at Protech, most recent was yesterday. The facility is extremely clean, modern, all employees are courteous and friendly. I have never had to wait in line and it's always easy in/easy out! Plus they vacuum my car! Just a heads up: they book up so make sure you plan accordingly!
