Can't say enough good things about this place. First off, the customer service is exemplary. When you call you are always greeted with a friendly voice, no matter the request. (Or dumb questions that I for sure have had!) Services performed are always done in a timely manner. I have full trust that whatever service needs are being performed on our vehicles they are being done properly. It's nice to be able to have that. The waiting area is awesome. Clean, comfortable, with complimentary drinks; coffee, water, and snacks; chips, crackers, candy, fruit. With two young boys we are a busy family and we appreciate Protech taking such great care of our vehicles.

When I got my first car I was entirely ignorant of automobile maintenance and overwhelmed by the idea of finding a trustworthy mechanic. Luckily I ended up at Protech! They not only took wonderful car of my car, but also graciously educated me about any repairs they made. When my car got totaled they talked to the insurance adjustors for me and helped me junk the car for cash. They always go out of their way to be helpful, kind, and accommodating. I tell all my friends to go there, Protech is the bomb!

Best place to have your car serviced! Great staff, amazingly clean, inviting waiting area and they take good care of the cars and customers!!
