This was my first visit to Protech and I was very impressed with the professionalism they exhibited. The facility was clean, and both Pascale and Mike were honest and trustworthy about the care of my car.

Don't think I'll be going back...Used this shop for many years, but I didn't feel very confident with my last visit. Went in for an inspection that I thought was going to go pretty smoothly, and ended up getting a call saying there were issues over a grand, now my truck is very low miles and a 2018, so needless to say I was a bit surprised. 😯 That isn't even why I got so aggravated, at the end of the day when I expected my vehicle to be done, they called me again and said they found another issue and 700 bucks more expensive...Felt like I was being taken for a ride...but with no car 🤔

I wanted to take the time today to write a review for the people over at Protech. I have been using them to service my older vehicle for years. Recently I had new tires and shocks among other services done. Now my car is riding so smooth, it feels great to drive! I can always rely on them to let me know what really needs to be done and what services will be coming up, to take the best care of my vehicle. The customer service is great! I always feel so comfortable with the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Service is excellent, their work is rock solid. Everyone is nice and helpful. Labor rates are reasonable. My only gripe is, their parts markup is excessive. Every shop marks up parts, as they should, they need that to stay in business. But there are limits.

Do I know cars? No! But I do know phenomenal customer service, transparency and honesty. Three things that will forever keep me coming back to Protech! From the staff in front to the staff in back, everyone always has a smile on their face and they are ready to help. These humans genuinely care about their work and that you understand the entire process of what’s going on with your vehicle! Unlike any mechanic I have ever gone too! 10/10 every single time!

ProTech has always been fantastic. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. Recently, Pascal went above and beyond - I just dropped off my keys and inadvertently locked my phone in my truck. He went inside, scoured around for key and opened the drop box so I could get keys to unlock truck, saving me a 20 minute round trip to go get another set of keys. Awesome customer service

We use ProTech for all of our car maintenance. They are unfailingly pleasant, clear with their recommendations, and efficient in completing work. We have the highest confidence in their service and trustworthiness.

This was my first time using Protech and it was a great experience. Clean facility, great customer service, processes to update you and quick service. I will certainly be back.

Had oil change, battery replaced and tire rotation done these are the best people to see if you need work done on your vehicle.
