Fabulous service. I came in not really knowing what I needed but I knew I was due for some age-related maintenance. I spoke mostly with Paul who was incredibly friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. They sent me a detailed written description of their observations along with photos directly to my phone. Yes they are on the higher end in terms of cost, but it is well worth it for the expertise!!

This was my first visit to Protech and I was very impressed with the professionalism they exhibited. The facility was clean, and both Pascale and Mike were honest and trustworthy about the care of my car.

Don't think I'll be going back...Used this shop for many years, but I didn't feel very confident with my last visit. Went in for an inspection that I thought was going to go pretty smoothly, and ended up getting a call saying there were issues over a grand, now my truck is very low miles and a 2018, so needless to say I was a bit surprised. 😯 That isn't even why I got so aggravated, at the end of the day when I expected my vehicle to be done, they called me again and said they found another issue and 700 bucks more expensive...Felt like I was being taken for a ride...but with no car 🤔
