The best way I can describe dealing with Protech is getting dealership level quality with small mom and pop, family business level customer service. It's the kind of place that you know as soon as you walk in the door takes their work seriously, but you learn very quickly that they truly care about their customers and their service advisors make you feel like a part of the family, not just another customer in their system. Protech has been servicing my personal vehicles for years, and now handles my transportation fleet as well. With my fleet services, they get me in and out quickly with as minimal downtime as possible, but more importantly safely and thoroughly. The only thing worse than having to bring your car into to get maintenance or repairs is having to bring it in twice, so its comforting to know they get it right the first time. I never have to worry about putting customers in my cars, because I know Protech keeps them reliable and safe for all of my trips. Thank you guys for all that you do, and how well you do it!
