Brought my car to Protech for brake service. Previously I'd gone to dealerships for other required services (warranty required dealerships or ACE-certified shops only), and when I asked about the brake noise they always, without fail, told me the pads were fine, and it was brake dust making the noise. Another time they said, my favorite line, "all performance brakes squeal". Umm .. no. Finally I cast the dealerships aside and sought out Protech. They diagnosed the issue quickly, updated me with photographs of my problematic rotors, and performed the brake service same-day. Top notch ! It's been months now, and the brakes are not just working great, but silent ! No more hideous brake squealing ! Thank you, Protech.
