First time there, replaced rear brakes and 4 tires on my 2014 MB CLA250, very impressive facility. It's hard to find a reputable European auto repair shop, but this shop is it! Service advisors and techs are top notch, very knowledgeable and trustworthy, work completed on time and reasonably priced. I will be a customer for life.

Can't say enough about this company. Very thorough and up front about needs and services. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They do not just diagnose the problem but show the specifics and estimates so you clearly understand and that is great for us " older female drivers." I am very satisfied and highly recommend their services.

Protech to the rescue! My daughter’s 2010 BMW 528i stalled on her way home and couldn’t even get jumped. After having it towed to a shop recommended by AAA and having it sit idle for 3 weeks I decided to have it towed to Protech who helped me in a pinch! Pascal was very helpful and professional, and we will forever be grateful for getting the car serviced in such tight timeframe and just in time for her return to college.

The Protech team / family owned business just completed significant repairs on my 2014 BMW 5 series including suspension, brakes, and scheduled maintenance. The work was clearly explained in advance, completed on time with great quality, and reasonably priced. If you need a team that you can trust to work on your vehicles spend some time with Protech professionals in their clean state of the art customer service / waiting area. You will thank yourself for taking the short drive down 295 for a great customer service experience.

I had an issue with the tires on my Jeep SRT that required them to be road force balanced - I went to Protech based off of a recommendation and was super pleased with the service! The issue is resolved, everyone went above and beyond and even utilized a new app / technology they had to give me a better breakdown on my issue and Paul was super friendly from start to finish! I would definitely recommend them. (And from a marketing guy - the branding is spot on)

Brought my 2016 BMW 750i in for service after noticing a coolant leak, and I could not be happier with the result! Protech did a great job on the work itself, but it’s the intangibles that really matter to me. They handled everything from start to finish, including dealing with my aftermarket warranty company directly to get coverage for as much of the repair as possible. Nick and Pascal kept me informed and up to date throughout the process with information and pictures on how the work was going, how the interactions with the warranty company went, and quick notifications of delays when it came to parts availability. On top of all that, they put me in a loaner so I didn’t have to worry about getting rides back and forth or being without a car. The loaner was clean and comfortable, and fully electric so no worry about refilling it with gas before return. Truly an amazing experience that outdoes the BMW dealership service department in every way, with workmanship that is top notch. Thank you guys again for everything!
