Hands down, the best auto repair shop around. Brought my 2014 MB CLA250 in for brakes and tires, service advisor Mike was courteous and very helpful. The techs did a complete inspection and found that I needed only rear brakes, did not try to upsell me front brakes. Mike suggested Continental tires (although I had Michelins in my head) Those Contis turned out to be unbelievably fantastic, the car rides like a new car! Protech appears to be a trustworthy and reputable shop, entire crew was happy and professional, clean cut bunch of guys. The facility is immaculate, gave me a late model super clean loaner car, which made the entire transaction very easy. Pricing was reasonable. I will be a customer from this point on!

First time there, replaced rear brakes and 4 tires on my 2014 MB CLA250, very impressive facility. It's hard to find a reputable European auto repair shop, but this shop is it! Service advisors and techs are top notch, very knowledgeable and trustworthy, work completed on time and reasonably priced. I will be a customer for life.

They do not just diagnose the problem but show the specifics and estimates so you clearly understand and that is great for us " older female drivers." Protech to the rescue! My daughter’s 2010 BMW 528i stalled on her way home and couldn’t even get jumped. After having it towed to a shop recommended by AAA and having it sit idle for 3 weeks I decided to have it towed to Protech who helped me in a pinch! Pascal was very helpful and professional, and we will forever be grateful for getting the car serviced in such tight timeframe and just in time for her return to college.
