I brought my car in because I thought I had a slow leak in my tire. Turns out, that tire was fine but my other tire had a gash in it & it was unsafe to drive. I was in contact with Jason, who was accommodating and ordered two new tires which would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, the tires came & were the wrong size for my car. Jason was apologetic, and I picked up my car with a spare on it which I had for 2 days. I went back on Tuesday @ 8am to have two new tires put on etc. It took just under 45 minutes for my car to be ready. I waited in their lobby (very clean!) which is full of complimentary WiFi, snacks & drinks. The restroom is super clean as well (huge plus). I'm giving them 5 stars because both my parents and myself have been coming to Protech for years. Their service and quality of work is unparalleled in the area. I was obviously unhappy when I was told about the initial mix up with the tires- but human error happens. I'm very pleased with this company and will continue to be a loyal customer. PS They don't screw you over like most auto-repair shops!!!

High quality.....Very clean, professional, honest, and pleasant environment, however be aware with prices and make some research before servicing your car. Very expensive labor charges and parts are twice the price of other automotive service providers. Learned the hard way. Had I sent my car to be serviced at dealer, would have paid approx. 30% less.

Great experience at Protech this week! I called for a noise issue in my car, book appt quickly, and got my car back the next day. The team at Protech are professional, trust worthy, and responsive. The service is top notch and the place is immaculate. I thought the prices were very reasonable for my audi. 5* happy all around.

Protech staff are remarkable; always there when I need them. Honest and efficient. I trust their assessment and feel they give great value for their service. I've been using Protech since they opened in Johnston. Highly recommend.

I have a recently 2007 Mercedes E350 that needed to pass inspection. I purchased it at auction with a check engine light. My regular mechanic would not touch it. Went to an "import specialist" and he told me it would be $1500. Another told me I would have to replace the engine, $3,000 and no guarantees. I went to Protech and the carefully diagnosed the problem, and $475 later I have a sticker on the car. Honesty and excellence all in one business. Could not be more satisfied.
