This is the second time that my car has been to ProTech in Johnston, RI, and both times, the service was excellent. They take the time to explain what is going on with your car (sending a message and showing a video, too!). They are professional and straight forward. Their facilities are clean and provide a welcoming environment - you are greeted immediately. So happy that I found them.

First time using PROTECH for my car service. Very impressed with the bright, colorful and clean building, friendly staff and great experience. My vehicle is 11 years old so thank you Mike for giving it to me straight with the potential transmission and catalytic converter issues. Will definitely go back to PROTECH!! (Wanted to give 5 stars but looks like only 4.5 responded to my touch)

No one likes going to the mechanic but the guys at Protech make it a little easier. They're super knowledgeable and never just do things to do them. They explain any issues they find before getting your go ahead with completing the work. They're also great when it comes to their recommendations, letting me know if something has to be done that day or if it can wait. Great experience all around, would recommend to anyone.

I have been using Protech for several years now and their customer service is top notch. They always seem to have my best interest in mind. I love the detail in communication via a texted link. I always know everything that happened through photos and detailed explanations. They provide loaner cars if needed. Their building is clean, airy and comfortable. Can’t say enough about them. I’ve never had a bad experience.

I called 2 weeks prior that I was purchasing exhaust online. When I received exhaust I called Pro Tech back and Pascal Barrette the advisor went of his way to fit me into there busy schedule the next day. I dropped car off around 11AM the next day and it was completed in 3 1/2 hours. They notified me by text that car was complete and all went great. I arrived to pick car up. It was a painless transaction. They did a great job of installing my aftermarket exhaust kit. The car was clean just like when I dropped it off. Great place to have your car worked on. Great, friendly staff.

These days it’s so hard to find professional, personable, fair, and just all around good Mechanics. Protech ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about the service there. Pascal, Mike, and Nick and the rest of the Protech crew continue to keep my car running at 100%. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle.
